Team Mediterranean
Olive oil, fish, vegetables and whole grains. The most evidence-backed pattern in the room, and the camp everyone expects to go deep.

Seven camps, seven ways of eating, one set of scales that does not care which one you believe in
DietWars is the Australian game show where teams live on rival eating plans for a full season, coached by qualified professionals, and settle it the only way anyone ever has: on the scales, week after week, in front of the country.
Every diet claims to be the one. DietWars puts seven of them in the same house, on the same scales, for the same twelve weeks, and lets the numbers argue.

Contestants are drafted into camps and each camp follows one eating plan for the whole season. Same coaching, same challenges, same scales. The only variable is what is on the plate.
See the seven campsSee the seven campsQualified health professionals sit in every corner. Results are measured as sensible percentage loss, not crash numbers, and anyone can step back at any point with no questions asked.
How we look after peopleHow we look after peopleThe season is built like a tournament, not a montage. Every camp runs the same schedule, so when the scoreboard moves you can see exactly what moved it.
Olive oil, fish, vegetables and whole grains. The most evidence-backed pattern in the room, and the camp everyone expects to go deep.

Very low carb, high fat, chasing ketosis. The most disciplined squad on the field and the one most likely to shock the scoreboard in week one.

All plants, all season. The camp with the most to prove, the loudest supporters at home and a fibre advantage nobody else has.

It is about when you eat as much as what. A 16:8 or 5:2 window, an empty morning table, and a camp that lives by the clock.

In the Pro Sports Edition nobody is put on a diet. We find squads of athletes already living on strict ones, run them through DEXA, VO2 max, power and strength testing, then send them out to six athletic challenges. Scored on performance, not on the scales.
Everyday Australians, drafted into camps, cooking their own food and living their own lives. No athletes, no ringers, no before-and-after fiction.
About the showAbout the showEvery camp is guided and monitored by qualified health professionals for the whole season. That is a condition of the format, not a disclaimer.

How scoring worksHow scoring worksThe show says the quiet part out loud: the best diet is the one you can actually keep. Sometimes the winning camp is not the one anyone expected.
